PRESENTATION OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Prime Floral must be notified within 24 hours following the delivery of any pending or potential claim involving shortage, damage or any other irregularity. If delivery occurs on the weekend, notification must be made the following Monday.
  • Prime Floral reserves the right to direct salvage disposition.
  • All claims must be filed within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • No claim for damage shall be considered until the transportation charges have been paid.
  • The following documents are required to support your claim. Standard claim form, waybill of lading, delivery manifest, copy of invoice, paid freight bill, other particulars obtainable to support your loss.
  • Separate claims should be filed for each Prime Floral Order. Please reference both the Delivery Manifest# and Prime Floral Order# on the Standard Claim Form.
  • Limit of loss for damage and/or shortage for less than truckload (LTL) shipments is limited to the lessor of actual invoice amount of damages, or $75.00 per box.
